How do I place a personalized order?
Placing a personalized order is easy! Simply browse our collection, select the item you love, and follow the customization instructions provided. Add it to your cart, proceed to checkout, and voila! Your unique, personalized gift is on its way.
Can I preview my customization before ordering?
We are currently working towards a solution to provide a preview feature for most of our personalized items so that you can take a sneak peek at your creation to ensure it’s perfect before finalizing your order. It should be up and running soon
Where do you ship from?
We ship in-stock orders as soon as possible. Each item is shipped from a different location you can view where your item is being shipped from under the descriptions of each product.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
Once an order is confirmed, it moves swiftly to production. Therefore, changes are not always possible. Please review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.
How long does the delivery take?
Depending on where you live? delivery will typically take 5 to 10 business days, depending on your destination and the shipping carrier. Every delivery comes out with a tracking number so you can track your order as its on its way.
What shipping methods do you use?
Free Standard Shipping applies to most locations. Some items are not delivered to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses. Please check the descriptions of each product for individual item details
I’m sending this direct to a friend, do you include prices in the package sent?
No. You can be rest assured we will not include the price paid or any invoice in any gift sent. An e-invoice is sent to your email upon purchase.
